It's been 15 years since the terrorist attacks on America. The whole world stood still that day and watched the events unfold which changed the world forever.

Chat Addicts would like today to share this post and remember all those who lost their lives on that fateful day.

May they all rest in peace.

A sad day indeed. :( The scary thing was, my brother was mean't to get a job there 2 weeks before the attacks but the job offer fell through. It's scary to think what would've happened to him had he actually gotten that job. The job was also on a higher floor, I believe the 58 or so......so yeah it's a scary thought. :(

R.I.P to all those who lost their lives that day, especially those who went in to help get others out to safety.

I nearly forgot the date yesterday. I was writing in my diary and realized it then. A very sad and scary day.

I agree Tiggy, it really doesn't. I remember being in school when this happened and when I came home my Mum had CNN on when I walked in and I saw what had happened on one side of the screen and how it looked after the towers had collapsed on the other and it just didn't seem real at all.

I remember being at work that day and it seemed like any other day until someone found out about the attacks. Then they were turning on the tv in the break room and everybody watched it all day long. There were people calling their family members to send them to the gas station to fill up their vehicles because everyone thought that we weren't going to have gas for a very long time at that point.
