      I think the age should be lowered,both my brother and I had aneurysms at age 58.

      I agree APS. I wonderful if the government subsidises for people over 65. Be interesting to find out how much it would cost if you decided to have one earlier.

      It is wonderful news though that the death rate has dropped rapidly.

      The cost varies around the country.My brother got a scan for £200 by travelling from Birmingham to Cheltenham approx 40 miles.
      It was £600 in Birmingham
      Mine was free and done about 1am in the middle of the night and by 3am I was on operating table.
