      I think this is a decent start... But apple has been pretty quick to fire off lawsuits on their competitors rather than try to compete legitimately. So I'd sort of like to see something done to prevent them from just filing lawsuits. Maybe a judge could ban them from opening further suits for a period of a year or two? Something to send a message that blatant abuse of legal systems is not tolerable and will be met with punishments. (Either that or slap apple with significant punitive fees for abusing legal systems.) Something more than just "Now you have to publicly apologise and admit you screwed up."
