Yes, I said it :D however I have my reasons. Went to Lidl's today to get a few little bits and the carrier bag I got was a Christmas carrier bag which says "A Lidl Bit Of Magic" couldn't believe it when I saw the carrier bag and also saw the trolley load they had of Christmas stuff to stock in the store and it's not even October yet.

Has anyone else seen anything Christmassy in the shops yet?

Yes! One shop I noticed already added decorations, but they haven't over-did it, ;) yet..
Around the location where I live, no one added any decorations to their homes.
      I guess they're waiting till December, ;)

My husband and I were walking around the mall a few days ago and decided to wander around Carson's. Not only did they have Christmas dishes and other items like that, but they had several trees completely decorated as well as a Nativity scene set up! It's a little ridiculous!

I saw christmas stuff in Hobby Lobby back in August. It was quite a shocker. Lately I have seen christmas stuff in more stores. Personally, while I plan for christmas early, I don't like seeing it in stores until after Halloween. I like to take one holiday at a time.

Couldn't agree with you more there LucasMom, there is so much before Christmas both for UK and US with Halloween, Bonfire Night (Guy Fawkes Night), Thanksgiving way before Christmas which can really just be too much.
