I know what he did was wrong but this to me is a little harsh for involuntary manslaughter, what are your thoughts?

      Did you watch the trial?

In my view he was right to get manslaughter, he could have prevented Jackson's death but his failures lead to his death. Failures that as a doctor he would have known about.

I did and I feel that the sentence he got was fair but my meaning for the being unfair is where he has been placed in the prison and also how he is being treated when his lawyer is paying him a visit.

I could understand him being placed next to a murderer and being handcuffed to the table during visiting if he murdered someone in cold blood but this was involuntary manslaughter which I don't think makes him as dangerous as they are treating him.

Well yea I do agree that he's not as dangerous as the judge made out, I don't know where abouts in the prison he has been placed though. But then the handcuffs during visits maybe that prisons procedure. I don't really know to much about US prisons to be honest.
