      Do you exercise on a a regular basis?

      I myself do alot of walking and cleaning and I do on a few days a week go on the exercise bike for 30 mins.

      How often would you say you exercise per day?

      I exercise after my kids are asleep or when they give me time. Usually 2 or 3 times a week to dvd's Zumba. I like those cause they teach you some dance moves, actually work and are energetic.

      I have Zumba for the xbox 360 and alot of people I know go to their classes :) everyone says how much they ache the day afterwards which is always a good sign of a good work out :)

      Sadly to say, i am not exercising in a regular basis. I spend more time in front of my computer or sleeping. It is very seldom that i jog or run. The most common exercise i do is sit ups, just inside my room.

      I do pushups/sit ups daily. I used to do swimming everyday but stopped. At school we do have physical education so that is what I also do. :p

      As I have a dog I do about a 2 hour walk every day but have to take my time as I have arthritis in my knees but I still enjoy walking

      Yes just once a week. I barely had the time because both of my kids are still little and they still need extra care. But I make sure that I stay active as possible.

      I have recently joined gym so I exercise daily now. Before that I used to exercise every alternate day, and that too only some push ups and jogging. But now I'm completely focusing on my body so I exercise daily now.

      yes i do, i am doing pushups everyday and 3 times a week i'm playing basketball with my friends, so i'm trying to be fit and healthy.

      Oh I do exercise at home, I bought the body slender equipment and do my exercise (cardio) at home. I enjoy doing it at home so I can also spend time with my daughter.

      Yeah that is the good thing about having your own gym equipment you can do it in your own time, doesn't cost you anything and you can spend time with family aswell :) so many advantages to working out at home I feel.

      Yes, I exercise every single day. I walk about 5-7 kilometers long and go back to home again. So I make about 10-14 kilometers walk every day. I also do parkour-free running some times. It is really great experience I have to say.

      During school I play a lot of sports like soccer, track and basketball so that is how I am able to stay fit. Over summer I try to run 4 times a week and do some push ups and crunches. I usually exercise in the morning just because it is normally too hot to go run later in the afternoon.

      I try to exercise at least 5 times a week but sometimes I get too busy or pre-occupied so I can't exercise as much as I would like but yes I do exercise as much as I can.

      I have to say I'm guilty of not getting any exercise at all. I use to be able to make time for walking or an hour of cardio. Now I seem to be always busy, so the exercising is being pushed out of my life.

      Not everyday like I should. I did start to do a 2 mile brisk walk, but that lasted a week. I really wish I had motivation or a exercise buddy. I had a Wii fit and that became real boring after a while. Maybe when I get the XBOX Kinect I will see if they have any good exercise games worth buying.

      I go to a gym every other day to work out my body. I start with 30 to 45 minutes of cardio and then work on a separate section of the body for every day that I go.

      I do a variety of exercises now, mostly toning like weight lifting, squats, plies, yoga, stretching. Anything to get my muscles in shape and toned. Though i'm trying to do more dancing lately to favorite music as that's an easy way to rev up the metabolism and burn calories and it counter balances all the sitting in front of the computer and inactivity in my life.
