    Do You Use A Fitness Tracker?

      I use the UP24 and I absolutely love it. I believe that having a fitness tracker helps you stay focus on your goals. It's easy to say what you want: lose weight, run faster, get a better night's rest, etc but unless you have your eyes on the prize (set a goal for yourself) you cannot measure your progress. Knowing where you are helps you understand how hard you need to push yourself (or back off) in my opinion. I have my daily goal to take 16,000 steps.
