      No, far from it. Many people had their businesses and homes wrecked as a result of it and people died. I think the only people who see it as a result are the people who did it and who gained from it and still haven't been caught.

      Community service would mean hes underaged right? I mean, only underaged people would be sentenced to that, a mature adult would be put under arrest and locked prison for years and stuff.

      any one of any age can get community sevice here mate even 70 yr olds
      anyone under 16 doing a serious crime will be sent to a young offenders unit,ie a prison for kids

      From what I understand it started off as a quiet protest after a black guy was shot dead by police for supposedly opening fire however they shot him on assumption, his family started a peaceful demonstration outside the police station and it ended up getting out of hand after more joined in.
