When you take a look at the above images you can see that music has changed alot over the year especially comparing between The Beatles and LMFAO however some music in this day and age still is good but not all. Auto tune really has had a huge impact on the music of today though because you are getting so many people who are coming into the music business and half of their songs are auto tuned so you end up with a crap song that has been auto tuned.

I admire any singer that doesn't use auto tune however I think alot of them do now because they are pushed to regardless.

90% of "pop stars " rely on recording studios to sound good, bands I like sound the same live as they do on their album.

I agree most music you hear nowadays near enough has the same beat just different lyrics, there is very few now that do have a difderent kind of beat.

Music nowadays is awful. It just doesn't seem you need to work for a career in the music industry anymore, if you're pretty and can sing slightly...you'll get a record deal. It's all about image.

I concur with that myself. XDD Lots of people will pretend they can sing, but in all reality, they can't.

      no, it has not.

some styles and bands that improved are in the underground.

mainstream sucks, if somebody is really good, they don't last that long...

amy winehouse, "real" Eminem and so on: many of them start good but like someone influence them to change their music...
