      Something wrong with me, my energy level has never been lower. I have an older friend by a couple years and he was telling me today that it could be iron deficiency, I don't think it is because I have blood work so often something would show up. I think possibly a blocked artery is what I'm leaning towards since I know my own health better than anyone, even with good test 7 years ago it might be this. I plan on asking for a test where they inject the dye and do a good screening rather than that ultra sound. The ultra sound is no better than the last time it was calibrated. Last year I was fine and worked out in the heat without any problems, this summer I can't do anything without just becoming so tired I need to sit down. I guess the only thing that really bothers me is when these doctors or nurses at the VA tell me I'm in good health, just burns me up :devil:

      Have or drink some Chinese gingseng or herbal teas, good for upping your metabolism.
