    January Blues

Are you someone who gets the January blues during the beginning to the middle of January?

I am one of these. I think that after you have rushed about and had so much fun and excitement during December with the run up to Christmas, Christmas and then New Year celebrations once it's all over you go into a down kind of mode that takes a few weeks to pull through from.

If you are someone who gets the January blues how do you deal with them? Do you keep busy or do you have other ways of dealing with them?

I find December stressful and January a welcome relief :)

Same here Aps. I usually get the blues starting in November and it lasts until past Christmas, sometimes before depending on how things go.

Definitely one of those people hun Mainly cuz classes start back up for me the end of January (usually around the 28th or 29th). Hell I got to go back to classes on the 29th this year and it's pretty crappy IMO. It's only til the middle of May but still.....Really quite bites!
