Pauline Maroi's Restrictions On The "wear Of Religious Symbols/or Signs"

So yeah of late, our provincial Prime Minister, Mme Marois, passed a law banning or prohibiting the wearing of "any religious symbols" in public such like shopping malls, park & at work & etc, including the Xtian crucifix, against or for it? I'm all against it because:

      1. It's going to drive immigrants out of French Québec more.

      2. Religious people are going to stay at home & ask for their well-fare.

      3. People could bypass the law by saying: my religion isn't one, it's more of a philosophy or way of life, therefore I'm wearing my everyday clothes to work (talking about Buddhists here).

      4. Québec will not be seen as a welcoming land or heaven for immigrants, especially the religious ones. Why, not even the British or the French (who are religious) will not want to come here anymore.

If this happened in your country (like England or USA), would you vote for it or against it? I'm all against it. I'm going to rant about her stupidity, because she doesn't know what's religious & what's not, doesn't know a thing about religions & she passed this law.

I highly doubt something like this will be enforced much if at all.

Oh yeah, it's already effective & in place in the public workforce here, will slowly move to the people wearing religious symbols in the streets.
