I loved drinking coffee for many years until it started giving me headaches then i had to start drinking tea instead. Now i can't wake up right without at least a couple cups of strong brewed tea. I think the tea has the same amount of caffeine as the coffee but for some reason, the tea doesn't give me headaches.

Tea doesn't give me the same buzzed feeling as coffee but works more gradually and takes longer to wear off; not drastic spikes or feeling like i've been dropped out when the caffeine stops working. Much easier on the nerves. Anyway, that's why i drink tea.

What do you drink, tea or coffee?

I love drinking tea, and green tea is my favorite. And I specially drink tea if I have some issues with my stomach/digestion and I could say that it helps me feel better and relax. I seldom drink coffee and if I do, I prefer it with cream.
