The High Court has ruled that Theresa May can not trigger Brexit without the MP's voting in the House Of Commons

      Source: Sky News

What are your thoughts on this? The vote was fair and square in June and the majority of the public voted 'out'. Should they not listen to that and trigger article 50? Is this there way of holding back in hopes there is another way they can prevent us leaving?

The democractic decision of the electorate has thus been overruled by three unelected judges.
Any Brexit bill put before the Commons is now likely to have so many amendments added to it as make it unworkable - and still be likely to be rejected by MPs who mostly want to stay in Europe.
And if it should ever get that far, any Brexit bill would then almost certainly be rejected by the fuddy-duddies in the unelected House of Lords.

If our votes now count for nothing, instead of thinking of ourselves as citizens of a free country, perhaps we should now consider ourselves to be slaves of the forthcoming European Empire.

Soooo, now the EU is not exiting from the union? I guess public vote means nothing.

At this moment in time we are not sure but with it going to MP's voting in Parliament it could very well end up we might now and will mean public vote mean't nothing. It's a shame if that does happen and will probably cause a lot of problems.
