A jury has ruled that the 96 Liverpool fans who were killed during a football match in 1989 were unlawfully killed.

It has also been said that the jurors also rule that the fans did not contribute in any way to the tragedy.

Remains to be seen now whether any charges are made against those who failed to do their job properly.

Would only be right to see that happen as if it weren't for them those people may still be alive today.

One wonders if there is going to be the sort of delay bringing prosecutions as there was getting a just inquest verdict.
If so, then those responsible may yet avoid the consequences.

This is very true and something I would not put past them doing. For it taking them this long to get a verdict over the actual incident which should have been one of the first things they did it doesn't bear thinking about how long it may take them to bring justice to those who failed on that day.
