How do you prefer to connect to the internet? Wirelessly or by an ethernet cord?

I prefer Wireless sadly its slower than ethernet.

We have the main computer set up on ethernet and I have my laptop and Xbox 360 on wireless. Must admit it is slower but never a problem :)

I prefer a wired connection as it faster and speed does matter to me. Wireless is good for the average user, but to an enthusiast, like me, the wired connection makes a BIG difference.

I am using Wireless and I get about the same speed with Ethernet aswel. So does not really affect me much to be honest.

Wireless is nice because you can walk around your house with your computer and don't have to be tied down to a cord. Using an Ethernet cord is faster, though. What I don't like about the Ethernet cord in my house is that our router is in one room and the den is in another so if my husband wants to use the cord in the den, it goes all around the house.

I prefer to connect Via wireless. Would you really want to stick a cord in your laptop? Sure, with a desktop you're fine since you're not moving about, but for a laptop..

PS. I'm more of a desktop user, ;)

I connect my desktop and laptop via wireless. Reason being, we use a desktop and two laptops. We also have DSL at the time, so therefore the need for wireless.

I used wireless with broadband for a number of years prior to DSL. Same reasons.

Ethernet is a cabled connection to your router or modem. Wireless uses no cables, as the name kinda suggests.

I use wired for my desktop and everything else is wireless. That's my laptop, ps3, wii and iPhone (no choice there, but a wired "mobile" phone would be epic Oo).

I am using a wireless connection and I prefer it than cabled connection. It was much easy to connect and can be used anywhere that has signal. Using wireless makes my workplace area neat.

I'm a wireless man all the way. Can't be doing with those pesky wires!
